About Your Coach
I've been in your shoes—burnt out, overwhelmed with stress, and struggling with self-confidence. How did I find myself in that position? Let me share my story.
My name is Cillian, and I'm a successful online coach who has guided over 500 busy individuals through transformative lifestyle changes.
It all started during my college days in Sligo, Co. Ireland, where I pursued my Undergraduate degree in Health Science and Physiology, followed by another in Human Nutrition and, eventually, a Masters in Sports Nutrition. Juggling my studies, work on the gym floor, and launching my online coaching platform left me with barely a spare moment.
I began neglecting my own well-being, considering workouts and sleep as obstacles to my progress. I traded nourishing meals for quick, processed snacks, which only resulted in chronic energy slumps. With a meager four hours of sleep per night, my health took a serious hit, and my blood pressure soared, prompting my doctor to suggest constant monitoring.
Sitting in the doctor's office, I had a revelation: it was time to turn things around. Thus began my personal health journey, not just to shed weight but also to rebuild confidence, regain energy, and establish healthier habits.
I sought to manage my hectic schedule better and give my clients my best. Four months later, I was a transformed person—both physically and mentally. I had found renewed confidence and a remarkable surge in energy, enabling me to perform at my peak every day.
This personal transformation inspired me to create the Confidence Code program. I understand what it means to grapple with confidence issues and feel drained of energy. More importantly, I know how to bring about positive changes that enrich your life rather than hinder it. My approach is sustainable, allowing you to savor your favorite foods and drinks while achieving the results you've always desired.

You will see changes in how you look, feel and perform in as little as 14 days. After that, we aim for our clients to lose .5-1kg body fat every week. Then it’s about creating the lifestyle to stay consistent until you hit your reward phase (this is dependent on your starting point).

Our BBT programme is a 6 month commitment. It’s impossible to get in shape AND learn to build a sustainable lifestyle solution to stay in shape in anything less. By committing to 6 months, you will give yourself the time and accountability to set yourself up for life. To see the power of the long-term journey.

The programme is fully personalised to you. If you have an event or holiday, we pivot your programming to ensure we continue to make outstanding progress. Most importantly allowing you the flexibility to enjoy your lifestyle alongside getting results. This is where life long results are made, cutting out everything and living like a monk only provides SHORT TERM RESULTS. We teach you how to transform in a normal lifestyle.

During your onboarding process we’ll ask you specific questions on different elements of your lifestyle, body composition and goals. You will be then given a calorie count and workout plan that is best suit to your lifestyle and goals.

Because this is our “lite” programme, you will not have access to a coach or weekly check ins. However, you will have access to our group chat where we have an amazing community and our coaches can provide you inside the group. We also have a membership portal which you will get full access to to help you along your journey.
