Step 1 – Sign and read documents

The best coaching relationships are two-sided and work best when both sides give 100%. While we only have a few expectations of you, you can expect a lot in return from us. If you have any questions or concerns, we’re always happy to discuss.

Step 2 – WHAT TO EXPECT

Step 3 – MEASUREMENTS AND CHECK INS

“What gets tracked gets managed”. In order to see the best results, we need to be able to track on a weekly basis. Please read the eBook below on how to CORRECTLY check in and take measurements.

Step 4 – USING THE APP AND GROUP

The app is a fantastic resource and will help you to get the best possible results. Please watch the video below to ensure you fully understand how to use it. If you have any questions, please reach out to me or the coaches.

Step 5 – THE CONFIDENCE CODE MANUAL

Please take the time out to download and read The Confidence Code manual. This manual contains ALL information on Goal setting, Nutrition, Training, MyFitnessPal, Fat loss principles, Check ins and General lifestyle. It is so important that you store the manual somewhere that is easily accessible and read through it frequently.
